Groups Overview
Reminderly lets you send a single message to a whole group of clients at once, working like a BCC in email so no one can see who else received it. Each client gets the message like any other and can reply directly back to you. This guide shows you how to send a group message and how to build a new group from a spreadsheet.
Step 1: Open the Communicator tab in the sidebar, then click the Context box and type the name of the group you want to message.

Step 2: Type your message in the message box, then click Send. Your message is delivered to each client one at a time.

Step 3: To build a new group, open the Groups tab, click Create in the top right corner, then click Import Group to start a spreadsheet import.

Step 4: Click the template file download link and open the file in your spreadsheet application.

Step 5: Enter the group name, then add each contact on its own row. Be sure to fill in column D with every contact's preferred contact method — you can copy and paste details from a spreadsheet you already have.

Step 6: Save the spreadsheet and return to Reminderly. Select the file, click Import, and wait for the confirmation message that your contacts have been imported.

That's all it takes to message groups and import new ones — set up your groups once and reach every client with a single message whenever you need to.
