Communicator Overview
With Reminderly's Communicator, you can quickly send one-off text messages to your clients — separate from your scheduled appointment reminders. You can type a brand-new message or pull from one of your own saved templates. This guide walks you through finding a contact, sending a message, scheduling one for later, and using templates.
Step 1: Click Communicator in the left-hand sidebar to open the Communicator view.

Step 2: Select a contact by choosing a name from the contact list, or type a name or phone number directly into the contact search box.

Step 3: Review the conversation history pane, which shows your messages with the selected contact from the last seven days.

Step 4: Click the message box at the bottom of the Communicator view and type your message.

Step 5: Click Send to deliver the message immediately. It then appears in the conversation history.

Step 6: To send it later instead, type your message and click the clock icon next to Send to schedule it.

Step 7: If you send the same message often, open the templates menu and select a template to autofill the message box. Edit the text as needed, then send.
