Message Templates and Auto-Replies
Reminderly gives you multiple ways to create saved responses for your clients. Use message templates to quickly paste a canned response into the Communicator tab and edit it before sending, or use auto-replies to respond to clients automatically every time they text you.
Step 1: Click the Settings tab in the top-right corner, then click the Templates tab to open your template list.

Step 2: Click the plus icon (+) to create a new template. Type a name for your own reference (your clients won't see it), enter your message, then click Create.

Step 3: Go to the Communicator tab, click the message box, and type your client's name or number. Click the template icon below the Send button, select your template, make any edits, then click Send.

Step 4: To set up automated replies, return to the Settings tab, click the Auto-replies tab, then click the plus icon (+).

Step 5: Review the three auto-reply types: Keywords responds when someone texts a specific word or phrase, After Hours responds outside your business hours, and Default responds to anyone when no other rule applies.

Step 6: Select Keyword, enter a trigger word such as "sale," add a message about your current promotions, then click Create.

Step 7: Create another auto-reply, select After Hours, enter your hours of operation, add your response, then click Create.

Step 8: To respond during regular business hours, add a new auto-reply, select Default, enter your message, then click Create.

With message templates and auto-replies set up, you can respond to clients faster and keep them informed even when you're away.
